Ok, I have this problem. How do I go about bleeding my CRT tubes?
Below are nine (9) videos that outline the procedure to use in order to bleed
your projector's tubes.
Note: Apple QuickTime player is required to play back these videos. There
is no sound in any of the videos.
Step 1:
Remove the screws from the mounting hardware. (The brass/copper screws with the copper latch might not have to be removed) When the screws are removed, lift the tube from the mounting hardware.

Step 2:
Find the silicone seals on the top of the tube. There should be 2 seals,
but breaking one might be sufficient. Carefully remove the silicone with a sharp knife by simply cutting it off. Then get the rest of it out without damaging the tiny screw that is under
the silicone. Remove as much of the silicone as possible (do that with due diligence).

Step 3:
The screw under the silicone is now accessible. This video illustrates that there is no air bubble left in the tube.
