Step 2:
Unscrew the two little screws to the coolant chamber and collect the glycol
in a suitably clean and dry vessel. Be careful here if you’re going to be
reusing the coolant (especially if it’s the impossible to find tinted glycol).
The fluid won't flow until you pierce the seal at the top.
The photo below shows using a knife blade to lever the chamber open at the
top so that the fluid runs free:
