$100 off the price of a ridiculously expensive combo player! Wahoo! You'd be better off keeping the HD DVD player and saving for a Blu-ray player or picking up a PS3. I bet this is just a scheme to get rid of combo players, which with the death of HD DVD and inability to do BD-J, aren't worth the price premium.
