I just noticed a brighter line (just barely visible) in the middle of the screen to the right, about 1/5th of the screenwidth. More visible if image is medium bright (not black and not white).
I think it is only one pixel (rasterline) high.

It is not any tube fault because if i move the raster or image the line follows, and is visible on green and red.

Is this the famous barco convergence error? Will it vanish if i redo all settings?

Do a search here or on google for "Baroc line of coincidence". You're pushing some of the geometry controls too far.

Still have those pesky lines Sad

I have re-checked my physical setup, done raster centering with pots (all rasters the same size and position), lined up rasterlines with deflection coils, re-done the lens angles, checked pj level again, done all convergence once more, but i STILL have the lines.
One at left side and one at right side.

It does not alter if i twist the image with the convergence adjustments or the N/S or E/W adjustments.
And it still follows if i shift the raster up or down. It IS visible on all tubes (blue very faint).
Never had this problem before i swapped tubes.

One thing i noticed is that i need more convergence adjustments on the right. (up to +75 to +85 in some zones)
From middle to the left all is between -5 to -20

it drives me nuts..

Sometimes chancing bow settings (few steps) makes problem go away.

Have you tilted projector down?

Actually i have it tilted as calculated in the lens program. 4cm lower at the back compared to front.

I will try it levelled also, but i am afraid i can't shift raster enough then. I have very low ceilingheight.

Thought of one more thing.. i have to adjust convergence horizontallt more on the right side, so should i adjust the horizontally linjearity (on blue/red) also to get it more even on both sides or will it affect the image as it does with vertical linjearity?
