Like the headline says.
Are there any plans for a HDMI 1.3 Deep Colour supported Barco Input Card?
I would be pretty interested in buying one when it comes out.

Moome's never made any Barco cards because there's no standard expansion slot for Barco projectors like NEC, Sony, and Marquee.
If done, it would have to be a custom made solution to (likely) replace the port 3 board but then it would only work in certain models and you don't have any interface to the outside as the card sits completely inside the projector. You'd have to mount some sort of external connectors.
This is why universal solutions like the Moome EXT-HD exist.
Why do you want deep colour support? Satellite, HD-DVD, and Blu-ray will never support deep colour.

Ok.
So my question should be rather: "Will there be a HDMI 1.3 featured Moome HD-EXT?", right?
And there should be Blu-Ray/HD-DVD movies supporting Deep Colour by late 2009 if my sources prove right.

HI,
Moome and I have discussed a Barco internal card several times but I don't think he is too kean on doing one. It's not that it would be very hard to do or any harder than any other card but it's like Kal said there is no external interface so the HDMI cable would have be run to the inside of the case which would require the owner modding the case to run the cable in. If it where an easy fit like the Sony or Marquee then it wouldn't be a problem and I'm sure there would be one available.
I'll be modding of his boards and installing it into my Cine 8 fairly soon to see if there are any improvements over the ext version with long rgb cables vs long HDMI cable (25').

Anything is possible!

I don't see how that's even possible. Making a change like that would break the spec for HD-DVD and Blu-ray. These new discs would not play in existing Blu-ray/HD-DVD players.
What's your source?

They would play in players and on display devices that don't support Deep Colour just without the higher colour gamut. Deep Colour is based on xvYCC which is fairly known to be compatible with the normal SRGB colour room.
There are even some players out there that support Deep Colour by now. One that comes to my mind is the PS3. There isn't a movie supporting it however.
It (Deep Colour) is included in the HD-DVD and Blu-Ray specs also.

Now we all know why HD media hasn't started that high.
All people you called were possibly thinking "Why should I buy a HD-DVD/Blu-Ray player when there are no plans for Deep Colour support"

Yeah right. But I'd suppose not to use a SD signal with the HD colour gamut.
I did this for over 1 year now and wondered why it looked so damn bright. I found out why just 4 weeks ago. The Post-Process option of my videoprocessor was set, so it did a ultra-bright picture output. The Lord Of The Rings looked like normal other films althought it's supposed to look warmer than most other movies.
EDIT: Here's a comparison between SD, HD with false colour gamut and HD with right colour gamut.
SD:

HD with false colour gamut

HD with right colour gamut: (strangely not as zoomed in as the other 2 screengrabs althought I grabed and uploaded them the same way)
