I hate paying retail for anything. I am looking for this projector for out door theater but at 1299.00 it's a little steep.
If someone has an in let me know.

Have you considered a more digital-centric website to post this on, and have you gotten prices from any projector dealers via the Internet?

Is your outdoor viewing so critical that you really need a new 720p projector? You can pick up a decent used projector with a spare bulb for $300-400. I don't mean to tell you what to do with your money, but that's what I'd do at least.

Looks like the MSRP is no where near $1299. For the money I'd buy a NEC 6PG.

OUTDOOR HOME THEATER 20 FOOT SCREEN 8) Not for indoor 11 ft screen with Barco retro Mike Parker Modded hometheater Very Happy I am in electronic sales but have no in for a better price and need the lumens. Last year we did it 6 times with an average of 20 people each time with a high of 52.
