When using pj with 120V it draw almost twice as much current what with 230V, so it needs bigger main fuse with 120V.

Now when you use pj with twice too big fuse, it probably won't blow when needed. That can cause fire or something.

But Barcos are intended to go for either 120V or 230V, right ?

Someone got this problem with blowing fuses ?

Yes they are, but manual states different size main fuses for 120V and 230V lines.
Correct fuse sizes should read also in main power input board near F1 and F2 fuses. I think it should be 4A in 808s with 230V.

Main fuse blow only when chancing from 230V to 120V, when it's too small. If jumper is not set correct, it also blow fuse.
