Static in the Image, Need Help

I have a BG1200. When looking through the lenses my blue and red crts have a bit of static is the image, which is uniform, the green shows smooth image. This is also present when I use the internal generated pattern. Any idea how I can fix this?

It could well be contamination in the tubes. I'd swap around the CRT sockets to make sure it's not them, and if the problems stay in the R and B tubes, then I'd suspect the tubes. I have a red here I think in good condition.
