help Sony 1251 wont display higher resolutions anymore

Hello I recently decided to switch the dynamic picture setting switch to on and now I cant display any resolutions higher than 480p. I tried putting it back off and still cant. Is there something else I could maybe try reseting?

ok now 480p isnt working either. The screen shows up and then flickers like crazy
