Can anybody tell my why my AKB line moves into the raster area when an input is feed to the projector????

When using internal test patterns or no input, the line sits just outside the raster area (just the way I thought it should be), but when a signal is feed to it, ie from my htpc, the AKB line moves inside the raster area. Different resolutions doesn't seem to alter this problem, possible makes it a bit worse the higher the resolution goes.

Also if I am feeding it from my HTPC and I bring up the internal test patterns the line moves back outside the raster area even though it is running at a higher resolution????

I think that problem is related to vertical porch. Place of AKB-line is "calculeted" at projectors prosessor and if you source/resolution has small vertical porch then AKB-line moves closer to picture. If you use powerstrip, trye adjust porch settings.
