I can't seem to get the switching commands working correctly. I have the switcher turning on and off fine. When I try to switch to a particular input, I see the number pop up on the display, but it never switches. The switcher also locks up. Here's the string I'm using to switch to input 4:
| Code: | | \xBF\x20\x13\x00\xF2 |
Is that the correct string?

Also, does anybody here have a description of what the control card dip switches do?

Argh. It appears that mine is also not responding with it's ACK responses. I can still power on/off, but there is no response. I have a feeling this is tied to those dang dip switches!

Yeah, that's the same manual that Curt has here. It looks like my control board has decided to not respond to my commands. I have another one sitting at the post office waiting for me to pick it up.

all right then.....
two things
1 is your projector in the sw1 level mode in the menu? ( adjust>option>setting mode>connect condition> sw1 level)
2 are the dips in the ISS all closed except for #8.... (all down with #8 up) this is the only dip setting you will need unless you plan to daisychain several switchers
otherwise I would try a new cable
