Hi Everyone,
Can someone please tell me the Green tube face to lens mount plate distance. I will be able to measure with a T gauge to within .001 distance on all four corners. If you have any other tricks please feel free to share with me on this rebuild. How about the Red and Blue mounting plate?
I read that some have used a mylar sheet on the lens for centering? Is this a good idea? And on what surface is this applied to? Any and all help is appreciated..

Sorry I did not give the model: M8500 A/C with HD-8 lenses for the moment. It has the stig board.

I'm not sure, but I think the screen size will affect the spacing also. Also the throw angle will affect the spacing. The green will have slightly different spacing at the top and bottom, while the blue and red will be different at all four corners.

The default gap between the aluminum plate holding the tube face, and the plate holding the lenses, is 17mm and will vary after you adjust top/bottom and side/side focus. One of the allen bolts on each tube should be capped so that corner stays 17mm.

Is it 17 mm for all Marquee models?
Thanks
