Hey Guys,
I'm going to need some help setting up my newly acquired G70 soon. I found it sitting with a bunch of old B/W TV's at a chairity yard sale. Needless to say the price was right and it came home with me tonight.
All I've done is check the (minty) tubes and messed with the remotes.
The projector came with a mount and two remotes; I may be selling the mount and the extra remote soon, does anyone have a good starting point for price.
I'll try to get pictures tommorow.
Erik

Also this G70 came with a (SDI) input card; is this of any value.
Thanks,
Erik

This is worth at least a mini-You Suck!.
Where in the world are these charity yard sales in my neighborhood? From your title I was hoping you were selling, instead of telling us about your acquisition.
Anyway, I've never heard of a G70 with an SDI input. That is at least rare, perhaps even valuable to someone. One of the remotes alone should get you your purchase price back. Why would you want to sell the mount? Is it complete? Can you get photos? If you lack manuals, get what you need here : http://www.moesrealm.com/hometheater/sonyG70.html.
Congratulations! You lucky so and .......

Well the projector came out of Kodak and was donated to charity. And I don't think I suck yet, however the G70 did come with a G90 manual so maybe I can track it down and then suck.
No Spotmatic; I don't SUCK, You SUCK
Thanks for the link Moose; I'll get pictures of the mount, it looks like the standard sony mount but it hangs down off of a heavy piece of pipe about a foot long. I think I'll end up selling the mount due to still having the Quee' mounted and not being able to use it anyway with my ceiling.

Unfortunately the pj you picked up isn't worth much and i feel sorry for you, getting excited and all, so i'll ease your pain and embarrassment and give you 200 dollars for it.

Hell I don't suck at all, but even I just got a great deal... Another 12xx for my collection( I have 3 now- again).... a perfectly working 1251 WITH Sony tilt adjustable ceiling mount- the one with the adjuster knob- for a whole whopping $27.50.. lol and it's local! . The thing even seems to have great tubes by the pics I saw...
