Looks like a new one for the rankings list, anyone got any idea what these are? The processor might be worth it if you have a video wall in mind.

These appear on eBay every once in a while... IIRC they are video-only units with RGB inputs, part of a videowall system.
At the very least, they will be super-short throw and small screen size, and rare enough to not bother with (even in Australia.)

No point in putting really obscure models that nobody ever comes across in the CRT rankings list as it'll only clutter up the list.

Not to mention that nobody has any experience with the really obscure models so we'd have no idea where to place them.

General rule of thumb: If a model (or very similar mode) is not in the ranking list , it's probably pretty obscure and not worth pursuing.

Ha! Touche Pete! That's very true. You got me there!

Though there's one big difference: The Zenith 1200 is actually worth owning! Smile

part of a videowall system That seems to be it! I Googled the part number and found many references to "40" cube." Other similar part numbers refer to larger units, so even for video wall units, it's a small one.

That's just too funny! At least the 1200 has a fan club--with all of 3 members. Mr. Green

In all seriousness, if you weren't the keeper of the list Kal, it wouldn't be on there, and it certainly would be at the top of the 8 inchers, which it probably doesn't deserve.
