These appear on eBay every once in a while... IIRC they are video-only units with RGB inputs, part of a videowall system.
At the very least, they will be super-short throw and small screen size, and rare enough to not bother with (even in Australia.)

No point in putting really obscure models that nobody ever comes across in the CRT rankings list as it'll only clutter up the list.
Not to mention that nobody has any experience with the really obscure models so we'd have no idea where to place them.
General rule of thumb: If a model (or very similar mode) is not in the ranking list , it's probably pretty obscure and not worth pursuing.

part of a videowall system That seems to be it! I Googled the part number and found many references to "40" cube." Other similar part numbers refer to larger units, so even for video wall units, it's a small one.

That's just too funny! At least the 1200 has a fan club--with all of 3 members.
In all seriousness, if you weren't the keeper of the list Kal, it wouldn't be on there, and it certainly would be at the top of the 8 inchers, which it probably doesn't deserve.

How did the Ampros end up on the list then?
