Does anyone know about using an RS232 connection on an original Transcanner? Do I need special software? I just bought a Transcanner without a remote, and I think I will have to use a RS232 connection to adjust aspect ratio and other settings. I have never used RS232 before and know nothing about it.

Does anyone own an original Transcanner 1 ?
Can you change the aspect ratio off the front panel?
I have not recieved my Transcanner yet but I want to be prepared.
Any help on this product would be greatly appreciated.
