I have a multi-zone sound system(speakercraft), it has a common IR buss, which means while it is sending IR commands it can not receive IR commands.
So for what I want to do, control 1 zone from another zones keypads, I need to capture the command, hold it for 10seconds, then retransmit it when the buss is no longer busy.
I know you can do this with computers, but looking for a simpler plugin/play solution.
The IR commands will vary so its not a set command.

Found this

I guess I could build something like that but I think there should be an off the shelf product.

Anyone seen something that will fit this description in their travels?

Does Speakercraft have anything? I know they've got a ton of speakers.

Universal Remote has the MSC-400

It might do the trick. It's a pretty slick box.

Smart Home has lot of IR products

Xantech is another company heavy into IR stuff

Actually the Speakercraft techs asked me to let them know if I figured anything out, that could do this.
