My Barco cine7 is the projector I have seen with the most different malfunctions, and each malfunction is different. This is very interesting because most malfunctions can be repaired well, but when you encounter new malfunctions, you will be at a loss and not know the cause of the malfunction. I have another Barco cine7, and although I have encountered many problems and have solved them all, I still cannot solve them when new problems arise. For this Barco cine7, I have repaired the convergence board, driver board, power board, and GBR board. The final result is that the LED lights on the front of the machine display normally, and there is a small high-voltage noise when starting up, but the tubes do not have any residual light and cannot display the grid images

How many of those other projectors have you been running recently?
Reason I ask is that all CRT projectors (not just the Cine 7) are getting pretty old. Failures will increase with time as parts are starting to fail, especially true for high voltage products like CRT projectors. The Cine 7 was first introduced around 1998 so you're looking at a unit that may be 25 years old.

Yes, this Barco CINE7 has been idle for many years, so it is normal for it to malfunction. Every time I encounter a problem, I find it very interesting and am willing to repair it

I alternate using Barco CINE7, CINE8，CINE9，808S, and SONY G90. There is also a Barco708MM that cannot be used
English is not my native language, and there may be differences in the meanings expressed. Please understand. What I mean is that the CINE7 will encounter many problems, This is also related to improper use。

I am expressing that CINE7 is the machine I have encountered the most problems with, but it does not mean that others are the same. There are also many people who use CINE7 well and have never encountered any faults or problems

If all diagnostic leds are ok and you have high voltage, the RGB input board R7627665 might be faulty.
Check S800 (1ohm 0,25W), S801 (1ohm 0,25W) and S802 (0,1ohm 0,35W).
They are located on the opposite side of the BNC connectors, behind the 15 pin connector.

I have checked them and they are fine. During my back and forth tossing, I found a problem with the HV quadrupler, but unfortunately it was discovered too late. Before I discovered a problem with the HV quadrupler, I replaced the SMPS board to determine if there was a problem with the original SMPS board. . However, this SMPS board may also have a problem, causing the front LED lights to display abnormally and the machine to not start. The HTHD detection light displays abnormally 。 Originally, if I could simply replace the HV quadrupler, it would solve the problem.
