I have Sony G90, I have it connected to a 1080 ,out of a DVD player. Was going to purchase a new 4k DVD player . just wondering it the input card and the Sony G90 will be able to handle the 4k, or will the set have to be recalibrated ???

The Moome input card will not accept 4K, your CRT projector cannot resolve 4K (in fact no CRT projector can resolve 4K - 3840 x 2160 pixels). Stick with 1080p (1920x1080).
