Warranty for Moome cards

Does anyone know if Moome will warranty a card for a 9500?

Mine just gives red status lights when the unit is turned on. When it's off, the HDMI port it's plugged into is green and turns amber when on. Any ideas?

So the card doesn't pass a signal?

If there is a problem he should be able to repair the card but you would have to cover shipping to and from Taiwan.

If you are in the USA use a priority mail small flat rate box. You'll have to remove the pull handle from the card, but after that it will fit. I've sent many cards back to Moome that way and it's by far the cheapest way.

That said, are you sure you have the correct input selected on the card?

thx man....any idea what he charges fore repair? I think I do....there is only to on there and I push the button on it to toggle and neither works.

Use the email on the order page and Moome will be able to assist. Use your original order email if you can so that Moome knows when you purchased. Cheers!
