No, they are not. The regular power input (without auto ranging factor correction) for Cine 9/BR909 is R763144 and looks pretty different than those for 808 series projectors. I wouldn't risc to try it....

White cable on J1. But on PFC, J1 and J2 are switched.

Well, by looking at the schematics, I doubt it will make any difference.
However, on each BR909/CineMax/Cine 9 I saw in real life (equipped with PFC), the white cable was mounted on J1 (closest to EHT board).
