Trying to figure this out. So my Marquee has one RGBHV input, connected to a Sony 1271 Switcher. Running four RGBHV sources into it.

As expected, all of them have require different settings. I never really learned to do ASR well.

Anybody have any tips? Looking at the Marquee manual now:

Hi,

I've never bothered using ASR. Instead, I've programmed all necessary resolutions and their settings into the channel list. All I need for a different source is to press the corresponding channel number on the remote.
Just like it's described over here: http://www.etechvideo.com/techarticle2.htm (scroll down for details).
Nice side-effect: Any kind of setting (e.g. Brightness, Contrast, Geometry and even Convergence) can be tied to a channel number!

Hi,

First, check the list of the current recall memories (<UTIL>, <3>). It will show the input settings already stored. You can use <UTIL>, <1>, <1> for copying one of these to a formerly unused number and this will create a new one.
Or, feed the PJ a previously unknown signal and it should create a new recall memeory itself.
The recall memories can then be combined with an input selection into the channel list...
