I need replacement ear pads for a pair of Sony MDR-V200 headphones. I liked the originals they were very comfortable.

I found these that look very similar to the OEM. Only issue is no dust cover, would that be a problem?

Never mind, duh! the dust cover turns out to be a separate piece.
