I have a problem that when I turn the PJ off.
The picture and everything goes off except The vents still stays on.
Yesterday it worked all night.

Hmm, fans running means smps is still running to.

Any electronic skills? If not, try replacing smps, then controller. If yes, check the circuit around photocoupler ic1. The smps should shut down if you pull the J2 connector (danger, connection to mains!).
