While watching a movie two nights ago the letterbox image changed from bars top and bottom to over shoot the top and bottom of the screen, kind of the way it looks in white warm-up mode. When I went into service mode to check the convergence with the cross bar pattern everything to the left of the cross bar was no longer aligned. At first I was going to blame the Moome card but it is my understanding that in service mode the pj projects its own images. Anyone seen this or might have an idea what happened?

Thanks,
Tim

TV/Projector: All of them!

Pretty common problem, although it's usually only one color that snaps out of place. Can you post a pix when it happens? Chances are your vertical board is bad, that's the one under the top cover on the left side, as looking at the set from the back, floor mounted. I may have one in stock..
