Was at a customer's place last week looking at his G90 setup. I showed him how to tweak astig, etc, and while we were playing with his Panasonic BR player, the player went from main menu mode to 'play', and all of a sudden the image went very dark, and flickered like crazy. It took a second for me to figure out what it was, but the player was still set to 24fps (it was a new installation of the G90).
It's the first time that I'd seen a CRT projector/Moome card actually sync to and display a 24fps signal, or is this normal for G90s, and I've never seen one in 24 fps mode before?

I've seen that too. The G90 was hooked to an Oppo 93 with a Moome card. Flickery and dark with the image offset to the left IIRC It did display the menus just not very readable.
