Hey guys,
What would you suggest to use for turning HDMI to RGBHV? I'm looking for something that's not too insanely expensive, but does a good job! I'd prefer to not have any artifacts, unduely pixelation or anything of the sorts.... if that is even possible. Also something that can convert pretty much anything that a HDMI source can throw at it!
Also, If anyone knows a processor that can split a single image between two projectors, that'd be awesome. Now I'm not looking to do blending, but instead I would like to do something that I've not seen anyone else do yet! I'd like to set up two PJs as a stack, but instead of them projecting the same image, I'd like to have them each project alternating frames, to get a higher vertical refresh rate! So what I'm looking for a processor to do is to take a signal, say 720p at 60hz for example, and output 'upsampled' 720p 120hz as 720p 60hz to each pj, but in opposite phasing. (ie: while one PJ draws a frame, the other is doing retrace, then they switch roles)
Effectively I'd use two projectors as one to get higher refresh rates for more fluid motion. Is there even anything available that can do this? If it can do blending too, that's a huge added bonus!
Thanks for any info!
