I know it all just opinions but I would like to hear why anyway. I have my ugly ass center (polk RTI A9) wired as such. Since it is bi wire bi amp capable I am running it with a Yamaha M80 amp. A Y splitter feeding center to both channels left and right. I have a Yamaha 2031 EQ on it also. Left channel feeding the bottom 3 woofers and right channel feeding the mids and tweeter. I use the EQ to adjust the sound down accordingly to the Woofers and mids and tweeter separately. I sounds sweet and it seems more accurate. Is it just placebo effect ? It seems to work well. Any reasons why it shouldn't or why this is a bad idea. Thanks for any input. Jeff
