Anybody know of a calibration disc with 2.35:1 test patterns?

here are some I Made and two from the AVCHD disc over at AVS. The cinema5 and cinema6 I asked allurinreality, the author of the AVCHD disc, to make for my blend set up. The diagonals are to get linearity correct in the Blend zone.

I think outside the blue is 2.35 and inside is 2.40.
