It is a RENETECH GM 1351. It came with no manual. I bought it at RS. It has 2 buttons POWER and MAX. When I turn it on you can see it has C weighting but defaults to A. I cannot get it to go into C . Any ideas ?

try push and hold one or the other button. Maybe the power button??

Thanks nash, I have been driving myself nuts trying to figure out why it wouldn't change to C. I knew it sucked, I had problems with RS meter before changing the level every third time it powered on. I only use it to set all the channels equally. I guess it would still work for that.
