So my XG1351 has horizontally instable menus and test patterns (while the source picture is rock solid), it's not like scrambled mess it is more like shifts randomly only horizontally, as it happens quite fast the vertical lines are tearing sometimes, it is somewhat annyoing. Actually a problem like this is a known issue on the XG...1 series, the needed mod involves an additional cap and a new firmware on the OSC board's EPROM. Yet I am confused, because my machine is newer (judging by the production date of the components) than the factory bulletin, so I want to verify if the mod is already incorporated on my board (so have an other problem) or this is what I need to fix.

So anyone with an XG...1 (preferably with XG1351) please check what is written on the EPROM label (the IC in the socket) on the OSC board, with the addition if your machine suffers from a similar problem, mine is "3J3 4-4" and it suffers Sad
