I'm trying to set up a Barco 808 Data using an 80 inch screen. A foot of the image on the left seems impossible to converge on Blue only all other colors are perfectly converged. Any ideas ?

make sure you've set the skew correctly, mycine 7 would do a simular thing when skew wasnt set right....

The test pattern looks perfect with the proper skew. Only Blue is askew

In my experience a Barco can't be converged on the left side if there is some a large error (mechanical or raster centering), small errors might cause the top left corner to be bend and not able to be converged (mainly smaller mechanical or raster errors + none-optimal porch timings)
Things i can think of
- Is the toe-ing correct?
- Are the rasters set using the potentiometers?
- Is the width of all tubes set correctly? (with the 3 coils inside the PCB-bay)
- Did you use the coarse convergence option first?
Which resolution are you trying to converge? With slight mechanical errors you will be able to converge 480p no problem while 720p+ resolution will be totally impossible.
I have been playing with 1080i60 on my 808 and if my horizontal proch timings are a bit small (both front and back) my red and blue grid seems to bend at the top left.
