I'm selling this projector.
I completely reassembled it for shipping.
Unfortunately I must to stop the selling because the projector show a unknown issue.
There's a pulsating brightness on the red and green tubes, in particular on the red.
Apparently no issue on the blue tube.
I tried to change ALL boards except quadrupler, change also the red tube, swap RGB output boards.
I can see an error message but I cannot read it (the unit is in a little room and have no lenses).
Soon I will post a short video.
Notes:
The unit have all genuine boards except convergence output board, EHT, quadrupler and splitter that are all old style with EHT jumper modification as Curt teach. I think it was just Curt to make the modification for the previous owner.
I tried also to slide out the convergence tray.

Not sure about the internal layout of this type of Barco but i had a similar issue with my 808 because the 230V wires were a bit too close to my SMPS. Might want to check that!

You can swap boards with the 1209s to narrow it down. I do not think it's an HV issue, that would affect all tubes, and wouldn't cause brightness issues the way the video shows it. I'd suspect something on the two video boards, connected together with those 3 white cables or maybe on the G2 board.

Curt I tried to swap ALL boards with others that are fully working.
I tried to swap G2 board and RGB input/driver boards first of all.
... and I swap the red tube also with another.
However I noticed that if I warm up the unit for a while the issue seems to disappear.
Maybe the projector has been idle too long.
