Hi :
My name is Carlos Barrera , live in Sweden and I am a happy owner of a Marantz SR8002, but I have a problem, I have been configuring my remote control Philips TS9600 soon, and testing with my Marantz SR8002, Philips remote control turn off the display of my Marantz .
I did a master reset of the Marantz SR8002 and the display doesn't light up, took the amplifier to a service center and tell me that everything is correct, there is no defective component,. (the electronic technician is friend of mine, is not official Marantz service)
You could suggest me a possible solution
