Just got it last week, Start it up, sometimes comes up all green like it is in Component Video color space. Shut it down, turn back on, back to normal. It has recently been going black, then comes back fuzzy like all zoomed in, then clears up. So, its arcing inside somewhere? What can I do to fix it? Is the silicone warn out on the anode caps that attach to the tubes?

if it was arcing inside you would hear a loud snap,the picture would disappear and then come back. If it's just going black,then back on but oversize and out of focus, slowly shrinking back to normal size and re-focusing,then your HV power supply is going out.
