From my end, I need to head to Dallas in late Sept/Oct. Not sure if that puts me in the running to come to Chicago this year sadly. if sound stuff tanks (it's dead right now, but I'm quoting lots), then I might be able to take the time off, but the DFW trip will take 2+ weeks away from home..

Well, wouldn't the drive through Chicago only be a slight DETOUR?

Not sure if I can make it this year. I am planning on going to Cedia at the end of Sep. The week before I am 50/50 on going to a convention in Oakland.

Cliff, if you can't bring CEDIA to your place, maybe you need to go to CEDIA?

Yeah that would be nice for sure big dog. Hopefully one day I will actually get to go. Oh well, I guess it's just time to give up on this for once and for all. The last meet has actually finally happened.

I'd have been in, but my availability for any serious travel is screwed until after CEDIA. Now, late October or early November I could do.
Couldn't you pop in to Denver for a day, Cliffy? CEDIA is a great show if you could swing it.

Actually I could. I have plenty of points right now
We'll see as time permits. I would love to go.
