Hello,

I have a Pioneer Elite VSX-56TXi receiver that is having some problems. It freezes and cannot be turned off until I unplug it. Then, I can only get it to turn on after leaving it unplugged for a few hours. Also, when it freezes, it keeps playing audio. If anyone knows of a fix, or which component could be faulty, please let me know.

Thanks for the reply; it definately seems like the same issue. I emailed macgyver655 about this, and he said the 56TXi does not use the same components as the 92/94txh.
