Hi Guys,
This is not a typical thread, of CRT to Digital question,

I currently use the Lumagen XS+ with my Marquee, when I go to a Digital, when ever that happens,
Should I keep using the XS+?

I know the XS has a lot of great settings and adjustments, Would this help a Digital projector??

Yeah keep it.. You will not need the + feature, but all the CMS system in the rediance is worth it. And there is also the scaling if you use it for tv and other SD sources.

You need the 125 point CMS calibration to get close to the performance of your Marquee on most digital projectors.

Definitely keep it...

The "+" option will be useless as mentioned above and added ~$400 to the cost of the original unit, but even if you sell it to buy a non "+" version of the Radiance you'll lose more than $400 in the transaction (probably).

yep keep it!!

And the plus option can be used. Cliff used it for the Benq W7000 he had it running at 72Hz

Can other digitals also do this?

Of course, in general, there's no point in running 72hz on the digital.

but not all refresh rate changes done in digital's is as good as the lumagen. And in some there is no option to do so in the PJ's menu but there is the ability for it if fed that specific refresh rate.
