...than telling a customer that an alignment of his G90 will be in the low $100s rather than him upgrading to a Sony 4K projector that his HT company wants him to buy.

Now Curt, why would you do something like that? You're supposed to point out how much better a 4K projector would be Razz

The way I see it, once he switches to digital, I'll end up with that set. Ditto if he decides to retube it down the road. I'll tweak the set, make it sing, and end up with a long term customer. Smile
