I have a few pairs of speakers that need refoaming, suppliers are all over ebay, anyone have a recommendation on a supplier for good quality stuff? I've never refoamed before does anyone have some good tips? Thanks

I have ordered from Partsexpress.com. I refoamed some old cerwin vega speakers. The kits they had were good quality.

Springfield speaker repair sells some good refoaming products for speakers. And if I remember correctly, they make sure its a match as far as fit goes for your specific driver/speaker.
They also use some damn good glue for the refoam process. They sell the DIY kits or will do it themselves. check them out, google the name and it should come up.

jeremy i just saw your post as i was browsing on the forum and i would like to thank you as my vintage infinity speakers stock woofers are needing refoaming bad(i am using different woofers till i can get them done to prevent damaging them)
i have a few other speakers that need this done also( one set is on my home theater setup)

No problem E. that's why we're all here I'm just glad that there are people out there who want to repair their speakers vs, throwing them away and buying new ones.

The sets I have are in use(and vintage sets)
Rs5(1980's model) I use this set for my audio system(yes they have the emit tweeters
Rs3001 front channels on my surround sound system
Video one center
Rs1000 side channels on my surround sound system
I am wanting another set of infinity speakers to finish the setup(I have klh for rears)
I have a set of Bose speakers(not sure on how old they are but they work) they are not the 901's
