Sencore doesn't have a spec for the P19LUG, but they do for the P19LQF65 which is the green tube used in the G90. The LUG and LQF appear to be the same tube. Here is the info for the CR7000.
CRT P19LQF / P19LUG
Socket = UA
Type = Video 1
Filament = 6.3
Bias = 116V
F1 = 9
F2 = 10
K = 8
G1 = 5, 11, or 12
G2 = 6
Double check the pinout.
