If anyone has it or knows where i can get one.
I would like to see where the RGB comes out for the on screen display to see if i can tap in there and display 15.75kHz RGB...

I only can find for 1031 do you think you'll have use of it?
Anyway why do you want to use that? I think while you'd able to input signal through OSD but certainly you'll have blanking issues.

Nah mate i really need the right one, ive got the 1031, 1040, 1041 and 1042 manuals, but they are all abit different.
If i put an RGB signal into the circuit where the OSD goes in, and put the required voltage on the OSD blanking ( if the 1001 has it, cause i cant remember if it does blank around the OSD or not ), using composite video for sync and it all should work. Its been done with alot of direct view TV sets that only have composite and s-video inputs.
the 1001 and 1044 were more advanced than all the other 10XX Sony sets, they even have digital single point convergence.
