Are you planning on using the material in a Torus?

Wont you run into color shifting and bad viewing angles?

Without a Torus, you are going to run into hot spotting and color shifting. I think Craig was recently running a 2 gain Stewart screen. The hot spot wasn't to noticeable and may actually be acceptable to you.

Two birds with one seed...
Please avoid silver screens, it destroys colors. You can use da-lite high power for crt it's very bright with a little hot spot.

So long as the pj is floor mounted. Worked brilliantly with my BG808s in a light controlled HT, but lost most of the benefit when the G90 was put on the ceiling. I'm now using Studiotek 130. I still have the HP screen... its that good when used optimally.

+1
Yes, you have to be very stricts with tilt using the high power. Lens axis should be close to eyes line of view.
