I have opened up a BD808S and the cards look like they have been gone through by a tech and checked off as good but there is one that is labeled as bad. It has a good size heat sink and large capacitor on it and sticker is 1065907. In looking at it, it looks as though a diode went out and a new one was mounted but it was relocated on the back of the card. Guessing the good and bad tape was left on on it. So I think it was repaired. It might be the horizontal deflection board. Am I right?

Hi,

The number You indicated is the board's serial number and not the part number. Look for another sticker next to the board's connectors. Should start with R7....... With this number it's easy to find out what board You have...

If it's a resistor on the H shift board, then that's a BArco revision and is stock.

Yep, my writing, my pix. Smile I do send boards out often with 'good' written on them, so somewhere in the past, I've had my fingers in that set somehow. Walk away from it. It's gotta be junk. Razz
