Marquee focus module, 100uF bi-polar caps?

Hi!

Quick question:)

On the Marquee focus module there's a 100uF 25V+ cap on each RGB line...this is bi-polar. However,
the printing on the PCB shows a + sign...can these be swapped for standard polarized caps?

I never noticed that on the PCB, i would definitely stay with BP caps.

Hi,

These caps are connected to the Dynamic Focus Amplifier output and its output signal can swing between +24V to -24V. Therefore bipolars are mandatory. Using polarized caps would only be possible if those had a much higher voltage rating which would include a higher tolerance versus wrong polarity...
