MASSIVE Radiance XE sale until end of August
July 6, 2012

We're having a massive sale on the high end Radiance XE video processor to help Lumagen move some stock. This is the highest end video processor available on the market today. Sale ends August 31, 2012.

Because our sale price is considerably below Lumagen's "minimum advertised price" we are not allowed to post it publically. You must visit our Radiance order page and click "BUY NOW" to add it to your cart to see the sale price.

The higher clock speed Radiance XE+ is also on sale for you high end CRT projector owners (Sony G90, Barco Cine9/909, Electrohome Marquee 95xx, etc.) who want to do 1080p/72Hz and 1080p/75Hz. 72Hz refresh allows you to run film at exactly 3x the native rate at which film is shot (24 frames/second) instead of at the usual 50 or 60Hz. Running at even multiples of the native rate eliminates motion 'judder' which some people find annoying. CRT based displays flicker too much at 24Hz and 48Hz, requiring the use of 72Hz refresh rate.

Combine the Radiance it with the award winning ChromaPure software to auto-calibrate any display: Anyone with little or no training in video technology can now calibrate their display in just 5-10 minutes.

Free US/Canada shipping is included. Contact us at lumagen@curtpalme.com for an international shipping quote. We ship worldwide.

Buy once, use forever!

The Radiance is the only video processor that we know of that, over the years, has kept up with new features and offered upgrades to existing users - often through completely free software upgrades! Most other companies we know of do not do this. Instead, they make you buy a new model as new features are introduced.

You don't hear this often but CurtPalme.com is comfortable in saying that the Radiance is the one true "buy once, use forever" video processor that has stood the test of time. The Radiance is completely over engineered with processing power that has proven that it can take on just about anything. Truly phenomenal support from Jim Peterson and his crew!

See our Radiance order page for more details and pictures.

Not quite sure but is this really worth 3 grand ? Shocked

Is this processor mainly for adding 3D to your CRT with a higher refresh rate ? Anyone else here using one ?

I can't believe they're selling them this cheap - they're an absolute steal at this price. People often balk at the price when comparing it to other solutions, yet what they're not looking at is the unmatched feature set, customer support, and room for future growth. People using other company's boxes have spent way, way over $3K upgrading from one generation of VP to the next just to obtain features that were promised (but never delivered) in the previous model - all while receiving almost no customer support and minimal firmware upgrades.

He's mad at us for making Hog a moderator. He took his ball and went home.

I'm using the XS+ to be able to run 72hz, and have the gamma correction.
I don't care about 3D, but I'm interested in the best 2D picture possible.

It have a load of options, and its not for everyone to use. Its for those that want the best and have the time and ability to get it set up right.

No. 3D is only one of the features that the Radiance video processor supports. Most people that purchase it do not do so just for the 3D features.

For complete details on what the Radiance can do, see our order page: http://www.curtpalme.com/Radiance.shtm

If you have questions, post here.

EDIT: This is common point of confusion so I've actually gone back now and removed the word "3D" from many of the product descriptions. I think a lot of people think that 3D is the only feature of the Radiance.
