BG808 neckboard (R7621735) can mount to Barco 800 (R761750)?

You can't use that in the 800 as the SMPS outputs 230v and the 808 SMPS outputs 210v to that video amp.

It will work, but as Km says, only for a short while, as the excess voltage will damage the chip. I've got those video amps for the 800, rebuilt at $25 each plus about $10 shipping.
