while i moved to new home, my old Da-lite screen needed cleaning as it have been hung for over 14 years , i damaged the screen by cleaning with water and stripped the coating especially in the middle of the screen.
MY da-lite was 96" and now my new screen is 106". 16.9
i have spend 3 hrs adjusting to fit the wider screen, but not getting the the edge vertical as well as horizontal - it said max out.
Do i need to adjust the 3 tubes by removing the casing?
Thanks please help, i think da-lite cinema vision is better but not done yet so i can't tell and also i still waiting for the curtains to arrive within 10 days, so that it will be completely dark, my previous HT room was completely dark.
HI Curt, i might need you to come by, remember my home was in Morgan ave, port coquitlam, the last time i came by your house was 2 years ago to buy a exhaust fan for my Sony 1272Q.
Thanks
Chris Sng

I remember your house! You will need to move the projector further back, as you were already close to the tube edge. Also, if I remember, you have tube wear, don't you? You might consider upgrading the projector, or I do have a mint set of tubes for the 1272 if you're interested. I'd upgrade the projector though at this point.
