Are Harmony 650's decent remotes? Would they be able to handle memorizing non-standard codes like Marquees &etc?

$39 is more than I'd pay for it, but then I'm quite biased these days because I think there are far superior solutions (albeit for significantly more money)...

Let's see what the Quee owners say, because I know the IR frequency is an issue for some remotes.

not sure about the 650, but the Harmony One works just fine on my Marquee

That is a good basic Harmony unit. As long as you don't have more components than it can handle it is a cheap way to find out if Harmony remotes are for you.
