Need some advice before purchasing a replacement CLM for a Marquee 9500LC Ultra.

I can use the Marquee Loader software to successfully backup and restore settings from the projector (although the RS232 connection is somewhat finicky) but I can't save any Recall memories. When I try to copy a recall I get the message Copy Failed: Memory is full.

There are no Recall or Input memories listed, so the memories shouldn't be full. I have tried all the Projector Initialization options - Reset All Recall Memories, Reset All Memories, and Reset Everything. Next I tried deleting individual memories (even though there were none listed) and all memories I tried (except the active one) state that the memory does not exist.

Any suggestions or will I need to replace the CLM?

Try to desolder the Battery and leave it like that out of the PJ for a day or two. Then re-solder the battery back in and try again.

Performed a power-on complete initialization, it reset the CLM and all is good now. Thanks for the help! For anyone else needing to do a power-on init:

1. Power projector OFF
2. Using remote enter the following key sequence:
Up, Down, Left, Right
3. Power projector ON
4. If succesful CLM's LEDs will perform a flashing sequence
Screen will display "Performed Complete Initialization"

Once again, thanks for the help!
