It's a polaroid. Take a picture, blow it up to the screen size, tape it onto the screen, and presto bingo, you have an image again.
Two most likely issues: Bad power supply caps, you'll see the tops split open. Replace, and it will run.
I've had a LOT of Polaroids have bad CPU boards. The set will usually turn on though, but nothing else will happen. It's a throwaway.

Seems it's a common problem with this set. I'll look for swelled caps. Thanks.
